The staff here is top notch, incredible. They are compassionate, kind, and honestly made a bad situation bearable. While traveling our pup broke a toe. We did have to wait a while after arrival, but I fully understand this is an emergency veterinary facility and emergencies are all the time. McKenzie did our check in and explained the whole process perfectly, Janice Lane did the evaluation and came back in just minutes to let us know our girl broke nearly the whole nail off. It took the better part of the day, but the care the staff took and the kindness they showed I'll never forget. Annette at the front desk was the most kind answering all of my questions before heading in. I never felt rushed.
Everyone who works at CVCC Are very kind, compassionate, and experienced vets. They took excellent care of my Dexer and explained everything in detail as to his needs and his care. I would definitely recommend anyone with an animal emergency to go to CVCC. 5 Star rating from me.
Amazing Vet and staff. Our dog ate an unknown but potentially very dangerous amount of Ibuprofen. They made us and our dog very comfortable throughout the ordeal. They did everything right! I would recommend them without hesitation. I would give them ten stars if I could.
The staff at the emergency room were incredible. When our foster-to-adopt kitten had an emergency, they responded right away and ensured he received the care he needed. They handled all the necessary phone calls to get permission for treatment and were compassionate and attentive every step of the way. Even though our kitten sadly didn’t make it, we know they did everything possible to help him.
I work at another clinic in the area but had an emergency after hours on the weekend. I called the office and even though they were busy, they still did what they could to help me! This team truly does anything they can for your pet and I am so grateful for this practice.
The doctor and staff were so kind and compassionate caring for my beloved Finney. They were there for me and guided me during the most difficult decision I've had to make. I know it was the right decision, she was loved and couldn't let her suffer. Again, they were there for both us.
